About this trip

We have seen first hand the need for travel insurance. Whether it be flight cancellations, theft, sickness, or pandemic issues, we now require each guest to purchase this. It is a very affordable and could save you a lot of headaches! More Adventures uses InsureMyTrip, however, please use which ever company you are comfortable with. Please make sure you fully understand your coverage to ensure all aspects are covered. Our guides will need this information for confirming your hotel accommodation.

Transportation

Please make sure all your Traveler information is completed in We Travel as we will collect your information directly from there. A shuttle will be provided for those at 4 pm. Should you come in before or after you will need to arrange transportation. More information to come.

We will be staying at the Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort. Please contact the hotel diectly to make additional hotel room night accoommodatons. If you are coming in early or departing after our adventure please also make sure you also have your transportation arranged. 

No Training needed

This Schedule is designed as a flexible framework. Activities are offered across multiple days, allowing you to choose what suits you best (rather than following a fixed daily program). As we mentioned before, this is your adventure and we want you to enjoy and have options. We will have sign up sheets at our welcome dinner, where you can sign up for activities.

*Please note we will also be going to an elephant sancutary. We will share more information on this onsite.

Day 1

• Meals – 6 dinners, 6 lunches, 6 breakfasts
• Round Trip Airport Transfers
• Daily 60 minute spa x 3 sessions – Prebooked spa starts at 11 am and the last treatment times are 9 pm.
• Shirodara Treatment 60 min-1 session
• One daily x5 days (sunrise yoga, sound meditation, guided meditation, kayaking, Thai boxing class
• 6 nights stay mentioned in itinerary

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined accordingly:

For International Retreats:

• A $699 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.

Cancellation :Please understand that the Non-Refundable deposit  CANNOT be refunded due to the upfront costs we have to pay.

• If the cancellation occurs 176 days or more prior to trip start date, a refund will be issued in the way the funds were originally received less the non-refundable deposit. 
• If a cancellation occurs within 90-175 days of adventure start date, a credit will be issued for 50% of the funds received, less non-refundable deposit and $150 Admin fee. 
• If a cancellation occurs 61-89 days of an adventure, a 25% credit will be given to a future adventure less the non-refundable deposit and $150 Admin fee.  
• If a cancellation occurs 60 days or less prior to retreat start date all funds are forfeited. No credits issued. Please let us know what your travel insurance company requires for reimbursement.
