Day 1 HIGHLIGHTS

Welcome to Bari, your gateway to the sun-washed charm of Apulia. Settle in at your own pace before the evening invites you to gather, connect, and perhaps begin your journey with a taste of the region through an optional wine experience and a warm welcome dinner together.

Day 2 HIGHLIGHTS

After breakfast, journey into the storybook landscapes of the Valle d’Itria to wander the winding lanes of Alberobello, where the whimsical trulli seem lifted from another time. The day gently unfolds with a heartfelt welcome in a local home, sharing simple flavors and traditions that capture the true spirit of Apulia.

Day 3 HIGHLIGHTS

Set out for Lecce, often called the “Florence of the South,” where honey-colored Baroque façades and ornate churches line lively, timeworn streets. After wandering past landmarks like Santa Croce and soaking in the city’s layered history, return at your own pace for a relaxed evening.

Day 4 HIGHLIGHTS

Wander through Ostuni, the dazzling “White City,” where sunlit lanes twist between whitewashed homes high above the Adriatic. With olive groves rolling toward the sea and views that seem to stretch forever, the day unfolds in pure Apulian charm before a relaxed return for the evening.

Day 5 HIGHLIGHTS

Discover the artistry of Grottaglie in its famed Ceramic Quarter, where generations of makers shape clay into living tradition—and you’ll try your hand at it too. Sip local wines, including bold Primitivo, before wandering the medieval streets of Mesagne, where a castle and quiet corners hint at centuries of layered history.

Day 6 HIGHLIGHTS

Wander through the lively old streets of Bari Vecchia, where hidden corners open into grand squares like Piazza Mercantile and sacred landmarks such as the Basilica di San Nicola and San Sabino Cathedral. Along the way, pause for bites of Bari’s street-food favorites—warm focaccia, golden panzerotti, and crisp scagliozze—blending history, culture, and flavor into one easy stroll.

Day 7 HIGHLIGHTS

After a final morning in Puglia, a private transfer brings you to Bari Airport as your journey continues onward. You leave with lingering memories of sun-washed towns, unforgettable flavors, and the quiet magic woven through this corner of southern Italy.
