If life has felt tight, loud, or endlessly “go, go, go,” this is your chance to soften. Over four days in wide, open country, you’ll move from feeling stuck to feeling spacious through gentle practices, nourishing moments, playful connection, and tools you can carry home.

This isn’t about adding more. It’s about clearing what’s in the way.

You’ll ease into a rhythm that balances movement and stillness—time to breathe deeply, move freely, rest fully, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural, not forced. And alongside it all, there’s warmth: shared meals, lighthearted moments, and meaningful connection that remind you you’re not doing this alone.

Immersion Outline Itinerary

Day 1 Highlights

Touch down at Austin–Bergstrom and settle into the slower rhythm of Dripping Springs, with an easy group transfer waiting to carry you out of the city and into Hill Country calm. The afternoon eases in with mocktails, warm welcomes, light bites, and a shared dinner before the evening gently shifts into your first coaching session together.

Day 2 Highlights

Start with breakfast then depart home for Equine Yoga & Yin Yoga. We arrive back to the home in the afternoon when we will have lunch and TRE sessions with Coach Michelle. To complete the evening we will have dinner followed by an evening meditation.

Day 3 Highlights

We will start our day around 7 am with breakfast followed by an amazing guided walking tour of Austin followed by lunch.  We will continue our day with a cooking class, coaching sessions, breath work and TRE*, dinner and coaching sessions Q&A.

Day 4 Highlights
We will start our final day with breakfast followed by yoga, olive oil tasting, and lunch. We will depart in the afternoon to depart to a winery & brewery with live music. Upon returning home we will have dinner and close with a coaching session.

Day 5 Highlights

The final morning arrives softly, with quick bites, warm goodbyes, and a smooth send-off as you begin the journey home. Departures are thoughtfully coordinated for ease, with flexibility if your plans differ and room for small adjustments along the way.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is designed to help cover your expenses if something goes wrong on your trip, and fill any gaps that wouldn’t be covered by your primary health insurance or other insurance you may have. It’s not meant to be a substitute for health insurance and won’t cover non-essential overseas medical treatment, such as routine exams.
