Scarlett’s fitness journey is worth highlighting because it centers around function and performance, embodying the essence of a superhero who can lift 500 pounds, rather than focusing solely on weight loss to fit into a costume.

As a busy mom with no prior gym experience, Scarlett dedicated herself to achieving superhero shape for her Black Widow role. Her commitment translated into a fitness routine that spanned 4 to 5 days a week, with sessions lasting between 45 and 60 minutes.
So, what comprised her Black Widow workouts? They were decidedly athletic, featuring plyometrics (jump training) and weightlifting. Over time, she reached an impressive deadlift of 245 pounds and could perform push-ups with a 45-pound plate on her back. Truly remarkable!
Of course, diet played a pivotal role in her transformation. Scarlett has been vocal about her desire not to become “too skinny.” Her trainer revealed that she follows a macronutrient-based nutrition plan, emphasizing whole foods over processed items. Her diet incorporates a specific balance of proteins, carbs, and fats tailored to help her reach her fitness goals.
